La semaine dernière, nous avions interviewé Roman Poncet et Dj Deep au Studio Redbull dans le cadre de leur projet Sergie Rezza. Cette semaine, le duo techno nous fait part de leur second projet : Adventice. Sergie Rezza faisait l’apologie d’une ouverture sur des horizons musicaux plus larges. L’échange transgénérationnel portait ainsi tant sur la technique que sur la culture musicale. Adventice se recentre sur une techno martiale et cérébrale, un univers musical qui semble être aujourd’hui le principal corps de métier des deux protagonistes. La signature épurée du duo sur les deux EP parus sur le légendaire label berlinois Tresor posait déjà les jalons de cette collaboration. Samedi au Weather Festival, le duo présentera son premier live, en attendant, il propose ici un podcast exclusif qui donne le La de ce à quoi on pourra s’attendre sur la scène Hiver. Bonne écoute !
Last week we interviewed Romain Poncet and Dj Deep at Studio Redbull regarding their collabs under the moniker Sergie Rezza. This week we are focusing on Adventice, another feature of the Duo. Sergie Rezza focuses on the transgenerational exchange through the technical skills, the musical cultures and the different skills of the duo. Adventice redefines the terms of their collaboration toward a martial and mental techno sounds which seems to be the core activity of the two protagonists these days. The signature of the two French producers on the legendary berlin-Based Imprint Tresor was already setting the tone of the collaboration. The duo will present a first live show on the Winter Stage of the Weather Festival, this exclusive mix could be interpreted as an introduction of what we could expect this Saturday. Good listening!
